1 dash Lemon Bitters

Cocktail Mixing Glass Barspoon Julep Strainer

Technique

Add Ovant Verve, Sake, Kombu infusion and lemon bitters into a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir for 5 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
