The winner of the 2024 Ovant Pro-Am in the Pro/No category is the 'No-Jito', created by Isabella Murphy of Door Knock in Sydney. The No-Jito is a simple to make, but delicious to drink, creation. Ovant Royal combines with coconut and fresh herb flavours to create a delicious tropical vibe.

NO-JITO

INGREDIENTS 

60ml Ovant Royal
50ml Coconut Water Oleo

30ml Soda Water 
Squeeze of Lime

Mint Sprig

TECHNIQUE

Make the Coconut Water Oleo by combining 500mls of coconut water, 10g of fresh coriander leaves, 5g of fresh mint leaves, 50g of fresh lime peel and 200g of caster sugar in a Ziplock bag with a pinch of salt. Massage the sugar into the liquid and let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, strain and it is ready for use. Keep refrigerated until needed.

Make the No-Jito by filling the highball glass with crushed ice and adding each ingredient. Stir until combined.

Garnish with a mint sprig.
